We are so excited to host you at our Central Oregon property! A few things to keep in mind below:

Guests must be 30 years or older to rent our vacation rental. Copy of drivers license required after rental confirmation.

Some exceptions permitted with prior discussion.
No passes or discounts to the SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center). Check availability with the SHARC facility for public use.
The firepit is open seasonally; absolutely no fires are permitted in Sunriver & Bend June to September, May & October weather are dependent.
Smoking strictly prohibited anywhere at our vacation rental. Discarded cigarette butts are a nuisance and fire hazard.
There are external security cameras on this property along the driveway and doorbell. They are only used in case of issues.
