Guests must be 30 years or older to rent our vacation rental. Copy of drivers license required after rental confirmation.

Some exceptions permitted with prior discussion.

While we are close the Sunriver Resort, we are not in the resort itself. No passes or discounts to the SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center). Check availability with the SHARC facility for public use.

The firepit is open seasonally; absolutely no fires are permitted in Sunriver & Bend June to September, May & October weather are dependent.

Smoking strictly prohibited anywhere at our vacation rental. Discarded cigarette butts are a nuisance and fire hazard.

There are external security cameras on this property along the driveway and doorbell. They are only used in case of issues.

The damage deposit is held on a credit card, 1 week prior to checkin and the hold removed after checkout.

100% refunded within 24 hours of booking.

100% refunded if cancelled more than 90 days before checkin

50% refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before checkin

Cleaning fee refunded if cancelled within 30 days.

20% of the total is paid at time of booking to hold your dates.

40% is paid 120 days before checkin

40% is paid 30 days before checkin

Damage deposit is held on the credit card 1 week prior to the stay and removed after your stay is done.
