Two large living areas, one upstairs and one down, with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplaces, let 18 people split up and come back together. The great room has a lit stone fireplace, a large sectional and a wall of windows to the trees. A 12-foot dining table with benches and chairs seats twelve, and additional chairs and folding tables are available.

The long dining table doubles as a boardroom for groups that need to work. Downstairs are the second living room and the game room, where a pool table stands under a stained-glass pendant lamp. A ping pong table, an arcade cabinet used as a table and gear racks along the wall fill the rest of it.

The Lodge kitchen, TVs and games
The kitchen is vaulted, with a large butcher-block island, bar stools, dark cabinets and stainless appliances. It has a Breville espresso machine, a Vitamix, a KitchenAid mixer and a sous vide. A second kitchenette has granite counters, light wood cabinets, a microwave and a small dishwasher.

For screens there is a 65-inch 4K TV with Blu-ray, Dish TV, gaming consoles and an old-school arcade system. There is a second large flat-panel TV as well. Free high-speed 200 Mbps WiFi runs throughout the Lodge.
Games indoors are the pool table and ping pong. Outdoors are a private 6-hole disc golf course, bocce, outdoor ping pong and yard games across the three acres.
The covered deck, hot tub and fire pit above the Deschutes
A wrap-around covered deck runs the length of the Lodge. It has sturdy tables and chairs, a dining set and a large gas grill, with room for outdoor dining. Below the raised deck, a flagstone patio has red chairs and a covered hot tub looking out through the pines toward the water.

Down by the river, a fire pit ringed with chairs sits among the tall pines. Fires are seasonal: there are no fires June through September, and May and October are weather dependent, following strict county fire rules. A rope hammock hangs between pines on the riverbank.
Your private dock on 450 feet of the Deschutes River
Enjoy the river for fishing, watching wildlife, or floating. Please bring your own water toys and PFDs. Small boats can be hand-launched at the dock. The Big River boat ramp, a public put-in, is 2.5 miles up the road.
Your own dock with Adirondack chairs sits on the 450 feet of private frontage. The river stretch here is gentle, made for floating and watching for herons, eagles and otters. Dock fishing is seasonal. ODFW lists the Deschutes from Benham Falls to Little Lava Lake as open May 22 through September 30. Check the current rules before you fish. Put-ins, floats and fishing are covered in the Deschutes River guide.

You will see wildlife, and you may encounter mosquitoes and other insects. The local Four Rivers Vector Control District treats the area from Sunriver south to La Pine. The native landscaping is kept on purpose to support the local habitat.
