Corporate offsites near Bend get 200MB WiFi and a boardroom table
Working groups should start at the corporate retreat near Bend page, which covers the estate as an offsite venue. There is free high-speed 200MB WiFi throughout and two large living areas to break out into. A long dining table doubles as a boardroom. The river is there for the downtime.
A typical day starts with breakfast and a working session at the big table, then lunch on the wrap-around deck. The afternoon goes to the water or the 6-hole disc golf course. The group eats dinner together, with a fire at the seasonal fire pit when fire rules allow. There are no fires June through September. Bend is about 30 minutes away.
Wellness retreats in Central Oregon can hold yoga on the decks and lawn
Yoga and wellness groups should start at the wellness retreat venue in Central Oregon page. The estate offers a group quiet, nature, and space for yoga and workshops. The decks and lawn give you room to practice outdoors, and the dock sits on 450 feet of private river frontage.
Private chefs and mobile massage can be lined up through our Epicurate partners, so meals and bodywork happen on site. Quiet hours run 9 PM to 8 AM. Sound carries on the river, so we do not allow DJs, large speakers, or subwoofers.

There is parking for up to 15 vehicles on site, with plenty of room for vans and trailers. The renter must be 30 or older. The home is on well and septic, so occupancy limits are enforced: 30 guests, with a maximum of 24 adults.
Family reunions near Sunriver get 11 bedrooms on one property
Reunions should start at the family reunion house near Sunriver page. Eleven bedrooms put the whole family in one place, with two living areas, a dock, a hot tub, and a seasonal fire pit. King suites suit grandparents, and bunk rooms delight the kids. Two pack-n-plays and six cots are on hand for the littlest travelers, though no linens are provided for them.

About 30 minutes to both Bend and Mt. Bachelor, and five miles to Sunriver Resort. It is about ten minutes to the resort and SHARC. The Big River boat ramp, a public put-in, is 2.5 miles up the road.
Can we book only part of the property?
Yes. You can book the six-bedroom Lodge on its own for up to 18, or take the full estate for up to 30. The Cottage is not rented separately; it comes only as part of the 11-bedroom estate.
