Why a two-night offsite near Sunriver works for 12 to 24 people
Two nights is the shortest stay the estate takes, and it is enough for one full working day between an arrival evening and a departure morning. Every booking has a 2-night minimum, and there are no day rentals.
The group stays on one property: the meeting table, the beds, the kitchen and the break spaces. Nobody drives between a hotel and a venue. For all-adult groups, the cap is 24 adults of up to 30 guests. The general case is on the corporate retreat page.

The 12-foot table as a boardroom in the Lodge near Sunriver
The main sessions happen at the 12-foot dining table, which seats twelve on benches and chairs and doubles as a boardroom. About 16 folding chairs and some folding tables are on site for sessions larger than twelve.
The Lodge has a 65-inch 4K TV. Bring the cables and adapters your laptops need, plus a whiteboard or flip charts if you use them. Ask us what is on site before you count on either.
Lodge and Cottage breakouts at a Sunriver offsite
Split the group between the Lodge and the Cottage for breakouts. The Lodge has two large living areas, upstairs and down, with stone fireplaces. The Cottage is a separate building steps from the Lodge, with its own living space and a wood stove.
| Space | Good for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Lodge great room, 12-foot table | Whole-group sessions | Seats twelve at the table, more on chairs |
| Lodge downstairs living area | Breakout group | Beside the game room with pool table and ping pong |
| Cottage living space | Breakout group or leadership huddle | Separate building with a wood stove |
| Covered deck | Outdoor breakout | Sturdy tables and chairs |
WiFi and video calls at an offsite near Bend
The estate has free high-speed 200 Mbps WiFi across the whole property, including the Cottage, so a breakout in either building can stay connected.
For Zoom or a hybrid session, test the connection on Friday evening, not Saturday morning. Do not plan a call that depends on a phone signal. Use the WiFi and a laptop, and keep the call away from the end of a long meal.
A river walk as a break on the Deschutes
A walk along the river is the simplest reset between sessions. The estate has 450 feet of private Deschutes frontage, a stone-paved path, a dock with Adirondack chairs and a hammock by the water.
Pairs can walk and talk for 20 minutes. Longer free time can go to the 6-hole disc golf course, bocce, ping pong or the hot tub. Water toys and life jackets are not provided, so bring your own if the group plans to float.
Meals for a Sunriver offsite: cook, cater or go out
The group can cook in the kitchen, hire a private chef or go out. The kitchen has a large butcher-block island, a Vitamix, a KitchenAid mixer, a sous vide and Breville espresso. The large gas grill is on the covered deck.
The estate shares a vendor list through Epicurate that names private chefs and mobile massage. Do the main grocery run in Bend, about 30 minutes away. Options for a night out are in where to eat near Sunriver. Make reservations for larger groups.
