Its listings show weekday and Saturday hours only, so plan Sunday lunch elsewhere.

Century Commons Taps & Trucks at 56809 Venture Lane solves the problem of 30 people who want 30 different things. Seven food trucks share one courtyard, with a taproom pouring local beer, cider and kombucha. When it opened in 2024 it had seating for 30 inside and 70 outside on a covered patio with a gas fireplace. It opens at 11:30 AM, has a play area for young children, and is closed on Tuesdays.

Blondie's Pizza serves its sandwich menu and individual pizzas from 10:30 AM to 3 PM. The Sunriver Pub serves lunch as well, and Cafe Sintra's lunch runs from 11:30 AM to closing.

Dinner in Sunriver: the Sunriver Pub, South Bend Bistro and Blondie's Pizza

For a sit-down dinner with 20 or more, the Sunriver Pub is the local brewery and pub, great for big tables and burgers. It is in the Village at Sunriver, Building 4, open daily until 9 PM. Sunriver Brewing Co. has been independent and locally owned since 2012. It won Brewing Company and Brewer of the Year in its size bracket at the Great American Beer Festival in 2017 and 2024. The brackets were 5K to 10K barrels in 2017 and 5K to 15K barrels in 2024.

South Bend Bistro is the step-up dinner spot for date night or a special group meal. Executive Chef Scott Phillips cooks a fresh take on Central Oregon cuisine with local products and imported specialty meats and cheeses. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM, closed Sundays and Mondays, with indoor and outdoor dining. Beer in Sunriver and Bend: the Tap Room, Century Commons and the Bend Ale Trail

Sunriver Brewing's Tap Room at 56840 Venture Lane is the beer stop inside its Sunriver production facility. It is fully stocked with fresh craft beer, with no food menu listed. It opens at 3 PM on weekdays and noon on weekends, closing at 8 PM. Century Commons's taproom rotates local beers, ciders and kombuchas on tap beside the trucks.

In Bend, the Bend Ale Trail links over 30 breweries and tasting rooms in seven territories. It launched in 2010 as the first beer trail in the West. Collect stamps in a paper passport or check in through a web app. Finish a territory to claim a prize at the Bend Visitor Center. Both Sunriver Brewing locations in Sunriver count toward its Outer Rim territory.

Deschutes Brewery's Bend Public House at 1044 NW Bond Street serves farm-to-table dishes with its beer. It takes online reservations and asks you to call for parties of 7 and up. South Bend Bistro books through OpenTable; the Sunriver Pub lists no reservation policy, so call ahead.

Splitting up works better than one table of 30. Century Commons seats 30 inside and 70 outside with seven trucks, so everyone orders what they want and still sits together. It is a grocery store with a deli counter for sandwiches and cuts of meat. There is also a specialty cheese counter and an in-store cafe; confirm opening hours before an early run.

Meals at the estate run under a few rules. Quiet hours run 9 PM to 8 AM, and sound carries on the river, so no DJs, large speakers or subwoofers. The home is on well and septic, so occupancy limits are enforced: 30 guests, with a maximum of 24 adults.

• Events: events of up to 45 guests are welcome with a $500 event fee, which covers the extra cleaning and garbage.
• Fire: no fires June through September, and May and October are weather dependent, following strict county fire rules. No candles or open flames. The large gas grill is on the covered deck.
• Pets: dogs are welcome for a nightly fee once approved on your reservation; keep them off the furniture and beds. There are plenty of pet-friendly patios in Sunriver and Bend, and Hot Lava Bakery welcomes dogs.
